Applications to the Swan Centre at Strand Schools should be made by contacting the London Borough of Hounslow SEN department.
We are always happy to show new or prospective parents around the Centre. If you would like to visit then please call 0208 994 7921 for an appointment with our Head of Centre, Becky Essex.
Children attending our Centre will have an Education Health Care Plan and a diagnosis of Autism. For our full admission criteria click here.
